Yes, you can arrange excursions like that with your hotel. There aren’t a whole lot of islands to visit nearby though, mainly just resort islands.

Hi Andreea. The excursions from Dhigurah are listed in my blog post above.

For Fulidhoo, we didn’t ask about resort trips, but here’s a list of excursions that were offered by our hotel there (Huvan Inn):

* Shark Point
* Coral Garden
* Turtle Point
* Shipwreck
* Sandbank
* Dolphin Tour
* Whale Shark Tour
* Fishing

You can ask your hotel and they should be able to give more details on each of these activities.

Thanks for sharing.
Do you have a list of excursions from Fulidhoo and Dhigurah? As far as I know, there are no resort trips from Fulidhoo

Hi Charlene. We liked Dhigurah more mainly because the beach was bigger and nicer. You can go for a walk and be totally alone at times. It was really nice.

Hi! I’ve been to Fulidhoo and now I’m considering a trip to Dhigurah. Can you share why you enjoyed Dhigurah more than Fulidhoo?

Hi Ben! Sure, 7 nights should be enough for both islands. I’d spend most of the time in Dhigurah since it’s bigger and better, in my opinion.

For the travel between those islands, sadly there isnโ€™t a direct transfer between them, so we had to go back to Male first. From Dhigurah, we went back to Male in 2 hours. Then waited 1 hour. Then a 1 hour boat ride from Male to Fulidhoo. So in total, the whole transfer took about 4 hours.
